I look forward to connecting

I am a good pastor for pastors, and especially good at helping them get unstuck.

I listen well; I'm intuitive; I am a strong motivator and encourager; I ask great questions; and I hold people accountable to what they say they will do.

In a nutshell, that's coaching.

So, explore the site.  Check out my my blog.  Sign up for my newsletter.  Drop me an email if you'd like to give coaching a test drive.  I'd love to connect, and I'll give you a free coaching session.

Why do you need coaching anyway

Every pastor and Christian leader needs a coach.  Here are the main reasons you might want me as your coach...

1.  You feel stuck.  Having a good coach when you are stuck is invaluable.
2.  You are faced with a ministry crisis and you need a listening ear, someone who can hear your heart and ask you great questions.
3.  You are preparing to select a new pastor and you need to talk with an objective person about what you are thinking and feeling.
4.  You need help with some creative strategies.
5.  You are struggling with your preaching and need new ideas.
6.  You find yourself spending way too much time performing vital jobs around the church that you wish you could assign to someone else.
7.  You are considering moving to another ministry.
8.  You are having a hard time relating to some of the key leaders in your congregation.
9.  You are fighting a besetting sin.
10. You are struggling with your own walk with God.
11. You can't seem to figure out what God wants for your church in the coming months.
12. You find yourself discouraged and can't seem to get going.
13. You are looking for an objective pair of eyes.

Bottom line:  If you find yourself stuck on any of these, you are the perfect client for a caring, attentive coach.
